Gushan Mountain |
The most famous scenic spot in Fuzhou. It has been famous for sightseeing for over 1,000 years. Yongquan Temple is its center with more than 100 sights scattered around it, among which main sights are Yongquan Temple. Yongquan Temple, located the half way of the mountain, is built in the Five Dynasties (908), there are three invaluable state treasures being housed in the temple--the pottery pagodas with a thousand Buddha's, the ocean-bed wooden altar table and the Buddhist scripture printed with an ancient printing plate. There are "three irons" (iron tree or sago cycas, iron pot and iron wire wood) which are in the temple as well.

Xi Chan Temple |
Tranquil Buddhism Meditation Temple in the Western part of city and dates back from the Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD), is a temple garden growed with thousand lychee trees and Banyan trees. There are some awesome new pagodas and pavilions by big donation from overseas Chinese people in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. |

3 Lanes and 7 Alleys |
Fuzhou has saved a considerable portion of the formation of the square has been since the Tang and Song Lane, became an important symbol of the historical city. Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is the representative of these lanes. Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is the abbreviated form of the ten lanes locating both besides of Nanhou Jie from south to north. It focus on expression to folk dwellings of the Minyue Ancient City and shows the spirit of Minjiang Culture. It is a must-see sight for the architectural styles of which the old city is famed for it is a large ancient architectural museum of the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing Dynasties (1644-1911). |

Min River Park and Evening Cruise |
Located on both sides of Minjiang River, the 7.5 mile-long Minjiang Riverside Park is the largest park in Fuzhou City. The park is composed of seven tourist zones from west to east. They embrace various kinds of natural landscapes and man-made scenery. Visitors can take a leisurely walk or rent a bicycle to tour in the park. The cruise has day time tour and night tour. |

Forest Park |
one of the nine forest parks in the country, lies a northern suburb of the city, 20 minutes driving away from the city. The entire park is divided into five parts: Mid-Asian tropical evergreen broadleaf tree region, South-Asian tropical jungle region, Banyan tree region, region of wild fruit trees in hilly country and off-shore woods region. It also includes a rare botanical garden and a rose & camellia garden. The "Banyan King" of Fuzhou stands tall and upright on the bank of Bayi Reservoir in this park. |
