Day 1 Kunming/ Lijiang(L/D) Hotel: Banyan Tree Resort Lijiang
Arrive in Kunming at airport, meet at airport, and transfer to restaurant to have a lunch. Then visit the Stone Forest. After dinner transfer to the airport for the flight to Lijiang, (MU 5760 21:20/22:10), check in the hotel.
Day 2 Lijiang (B/L/D) Hotel: same as above
After breakfast visit Baisha Village, once the Naxi capital now a quiet traditional farming village, but with special fresco in its temple. then visit Dongba Cultureal Institute and Black Dragon Pool. Late afternoon, visit Lijiang Dayan Old Town, with its maze of narrow cobbled streets, old wooden houses and watercourses. enjoy the evening show: Naxi Musical Instrument show performed by noble old Naxi Musicians.
Day 3 Lijiang/Shangri La (Zhongdian) (B/L) Hotel: Banyan Tree Resort in Gayln

American breakfast at luxury hotel: Banyan Tree Resort ,then bus to Shigu town visit the First Bend of Yangtze River, where the Yangtze River turns from flowing south toward to flow eastward through China. then visit the Tiger Leaping Gorge. Then transfer to Gaylnthang visit the Tibetan Old Town.
Tiger Leaping Gorge: one of the deepest and most stunning river canyon in the world. It is where Yangzte River is forced through a relatively small crack in the mountain resulting in tremendous downward erosion.
Zhongdian: the capital of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, where there are beautiful snow mountains, vast grasslands, plateau lakes, and exotic Tibetan customs, recently it has got the name Shangri-la which means "the sun and the moon in the heart" in Tibetan language.
Day 4 Shangri la (Zhongdian)( B/D)Hotel: same as above
American breakfast at hotel. Do trekking to Ringha Monastery (about 1.5 hours), one of the oldest Buddhist sites in Yunnan, and visit Lapa Lake and SongZanli Monastery and have a tea at tibeten family in afternoon. We will have dinner at Karma Café, the original Tibetan house for 200 years. The restaurant provides a perfect fusion of western and local Tibetan style cuisine. After dinner, we can go the Tibetan Music Studio, which is just opposite the “Karma Café” to experience the
Holy Buddhism music and Tibetan Folk music in the Bar, chill and absorb the atmosphere of Tibetan area.
Songzanlin Monastery: built in the year 1674 AD, the largest and most important Tibetan monastery in Yunnan. The architectural style of the building is a faithful imitation of the Potala Palace, so it is called as "the Small Potala Palace" and "Tibetan Art Museum".
Day 5 Shangri La/Kunming( B)
American breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for fly back to Kunming (MU5932 08:20/09:20). End of service.
