8 days Tour along Lijiang-Shaxi-ShangriLa(Zhongdian)-Deqi-Mingyong

Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrival                           Conifer Hotel
Arrive at Lijiang airport and transfer to hotel. Check in the hotel in Shuhe Old Town and make an orientation of this trip. Then, time to explore Shuhe Old Town and Baisha village. 

Day 2 Lijiang                          Conifer Hotel
Enough time for us to explore Lijiang old town, Black Dragon Pool park and Museum of Dongba culture, a tour of local architecture. In the evening, attend a performance by the Naxi Orchestra which performs traditional court music over 1000 years old on traditional instruments.  

Day 3 Lijiang/Shaxi       Traditional Style Guesthouse
Drive to Shaxi village, visit the historic Sideng market, last surviving marketplace of the trail. A half day tour to Shizhong Grottos, whose ancient carvings trace all the way back to the very beginnings of Buddhism in China. Overnight in Shaxi Village.

Day 4 Shaxi/Tiger Leaping Gorge/Shangri-la       Holy Palace Hotel (4 Star)
2 hours driving to Qiaotou town, then drive through Tiger-leaping Gorge, sightseeing all the way, lunch in the Walnut Grove Village in the middle part of the gorge. In the afternoon we will visit the White Water Terrace which is the holy land of Naxi people because it is regarded as the original spot of the Dongba Culture. Then continue drive to Shangri-la.  

Day 5 Shangri La/Deqin  Rainbow Hotel(Local best) 
Take the car to Deqin (184 km), on the way, Visit Napahai Lake, the great turning of the JinshaRiver, Dong-zhulin Monastery and the Baimang Snow Mountain. Watch the Meili Snow Mountain in the distance, and put up in Deqin at night.  

Day 6 Deqin/Mingyong  Guesthouse of Mingyong Village  
A car journey from Deqin to FeiLai Lamasery, Visit Feilai Lamasery (watch sacred ceremony) and observe the great sunrise above the highest peaks of Yunnan. Mingyong village horse riding Mingyong glacier.  Walk Lianhua Temple relic and put up Mingyong village.    

Day 7 Mingyong/ Shangri la    Holy Palace Hotel (4 Star)
Take the car back to Shangri-la. And visit Songzanlin Lamasery, the largest Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Yunnan Province.  

Day 8 Shangri la/Kunming
Morning flight to Kunming. End of our service.
